Professor George Vithoulkas established the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy in Alonissos, Greece in 1995 where he serves as Head of Educational Department. At IACH, George Vithoulkas shares his knowledge gained from his 55 years of his experience in practice and as an educator. Today, Professor George Vithoulkas is: Honorary Professor at the University of the Aegean, Greece, Honorary Professor at the Moscow Medical Academy (Academy of Medical Sciences), Honorary Professor at the State Medical University of Chuvash Republic (Russia), Honorary Professor of the Autonomous (NonProfit) Organisation of Additional Professional Education-“National Educational Centre for Traditional and Complementary Medicine” (Russia), Professor at the Kiev Medical Academy, Honorary Professor of PHEE “Kyiv Medical University”, Honorary Professor at Dnipro Medical Institute of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (Ukraine), Collaborating Professor at the Basque Medical University (2001-2004), Doctor Honoris Causa of “Dr. Viktor Babes” University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Timisoara (Romania) and Doctor Honoris Causa of “Iuliu Hatieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Cluj-Napoca (Romania). MARIA CHORIANOPOULOU, PHD

Director Of Studies

Maria Chorianopoulou, PhD has a Doctorate of Philosophy from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, Department of Psychology, and has university degrees from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Philosophy, Department of Philology, with a Specialization in the Classics. She was a Lecturer at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Greece (2008-2014) in the fields of “Research Methodology”, “History of Institutions” and “Philosophy of Law”. Previously, she held the office of Director of the Political Office of the Minister of Administrative Reform and e-Governance in Greece, was the Special Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Greece, and was the Special Assistant to the ex-Prime Minister of Greece. Maria Chorianopoulou is the main contributor to the realization (2006) of the Master Degree Program on Classical Homeopathy at the Aegean University in Greece, which comprises the full teachings of Professor George Vithoulkas. She considers the E-Learning Program in Classical Homeopathy by Professor George Vithoulkas a significant accomplishment in her life. She is responsible for the promotion of Professor George Vithoulkas’ teachings and oversees his entire organization including the IACH’s educational programs worldwide. Maria Chorianopoulou has translated the book “Science of Homeopathy” by Professor George Vithoulkas into Greek and is the author of two books: Lycurgus’ Politics and Syntax of the Modern Greek Language (two volumes).

DAN HORVATH, IACH DIHOM, RSHOM(NA), CCH

Dan Horvath, IACH DIHom, RSHom(NA), CCH is responsible for introducing the IACH curriculum to North America. His passion for homeopathy and over 35 years of experience are an enormous asset to this program. He has been studying homeopathy since 1979 and follows the teachings of Hahnemann, Vithoulkas and Kent. Previously, he was the Director of Studies for the George Vithoulkas Program at the American Medical College of Homeopathy at Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. Dan Horvath is nationally certified in classical homeopathy and is a graduate of the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy. His homeopathic family practice, Arizona Homeopathy is located in Phoenix. Dan Horvath is also a distinguished registered member of the North American Society of Homeopaths (NASH), and National Center for Homeopathy (NCH).

CRISTINA HORVATH, IACH DIHOM, CCH

Practitioner Program Primary Instructor For North America

Cristina Horvath, IACH DIHom, CCH is nationally certified in classical homeopathy and is a graduate of the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy. Cristina completed her homeopathic education in Alonissos, Greece with Professor Vithoulkas where she also continues her education every summer for the past twelve years. She works diligently with students to enrich their learning experience as she presents Professor Vithoulkas lectures throughout the program. Previously, Ms. Horvath was a faculty member at the American Medical College of Homeopathy at Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. She maintains her practice as a certified practitioner of 20 years in classical homeopathy at Arizona Homeopathy Phoenix, AZ. Her nurturing instruction helps to empower students to become successful and confident future practitioners in this healing art, and her indispensable contribution to the North American Practitioner Program serves to encourage the future success of each and every IACH student.

LATIKA JAGGI, BHMS, IACH DIHOM

Dr. Latika Jaggi is also a Director of H3 – Health & Happiness by Homeopathy Centre of Classical Homeopathy in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. She graduated top of her class from one of India’s premier colleges: Nehru Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, New Delhi in 1998. In 2000, after her marriage to Dr. Atul Jaggi, she accompanied him to Greece for two years in order to assist and learn from Prof. George Vithoulkas. She is an IACH Diploma holder and has attended the IACH summer courses in Alonissos, Greece for the last 19 years. Since 2013, she has worked together with Dr. Atul Jaggi to moderate the IACH E-learning Course in India. More recently, she also assists Dr. Atul Jaggi during the International seminars and also presents Professor George Vithoulkas’s educational lectures. Dt. Latika Jaggi is an individual moderator of the IACH E-learning Program.

DANIEL HONEYWELL, LLB (HONS), IACH DIHOM, CCH, RSHOM(NA)

Administrator For The 3 Year Practitioner Program For North America
Daniel is the Administrator of our North American program, a Nationally Certified and Registered Classical Homeopath and a graduate of the Academy. He graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Kings College, London and practiced as an attorney for several years. He has travelled extensively in Tibet, India and Nepal and was the administrator of a 501(c)(3) US non-profit organization and trustee for UK Registered Charity working to provide food, water and housing; support for the rebuilding and daily needs of monasteries; and a network of free Homeopathic Clinics in those regions. Having used homeopathy himself as primary care for many years and wishing to study under Prof. Vithoulkas, he was delighted to discover and attend the 3 year IACH US practitioner program to learn and practice true Classical Hahnemannian Homeopathy.

DR SEEMA MAHESH BHMS, MD (HOM), DIP (IACH), MSC (MEDICAL SCIENCES)

Dr. Seema Mahesh is a student of Professor George Vithoulkas and a renowned classical homeopath from Bangalore, India, with a successful clinical experience of 18 years. After completing Homeopathic medical education as a topper of Rajiv Gandhi University in 2003, she went on to complete her PG diploma at the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy, Greece. She is also known for her extensively inspirational and influential teaching. She has taught as lecturer (pathology and anatomy) in homeopathic medical colleges in Bangalore, India. She has been teaching the IACH E learning students since 2008. Her research accomplishments started in the form of a dissertation as a part of the MD program. She has since been continuously involved in research data compilation and research writing at the Centre For Classical Homeopathy, Bangalore. She has been serving as the Head of Scientific Committee of International Academy of Classical Homeopathy, Alonissos, Greece since 2017, assisting Prof. George Vithoulkas in his scientific endeavors. She collaborates with the diplomats of the academy spread over 65 countries to collate data and conduct clinical studies. She is a research scholar at Taylor’s University School of Medicine, Malaysia where she trained in research methodologies and currently conducting research on the concepts of fever treatment in elderly under the supervision of Prof Lai, the Cochrane trainer for systematic reviews in Malaysia. She has 18 peer reviewed articles published so far in both complementary and conventional medicine journals. She has presented numerous research posters starting from ‘Autoimmunity 2017 – where are we now’ conference held in Brooklyn New York in April 2017, later at ‘The 5th World Psoriasis & Psoriatic Arthritis Conference’ held at Stockholm, Sweden and the Keystone Symposia on Resolution of inflammation held in Dublin, Ireland, the 5th European Congress of Immunology at Amsterdam, Netherlands, and at the Advanced Treatments and Technologies in Multiple Sclerosis 2018, in London, UK, at the World Homeopathy Day conference conducted by the Centra Council of Research in Homeopathy in April 2019 in New Delhi, India and as the main speaker at GETAT 2019 conference conducted by the Health Ministry of Turkey and WHO in April 2019 in Istanbul, Turkey. Further, her research was presented at the 13th World Congress on Controversies in Neurology in April 2019 in Madrid, Spain and at the Keystone Symposia on meta-inflammation held at Vancouver, Canada and the Movementis- Brain, Body, Cognition conference held in July 2019 in Tel Aviv, Israel. Dr. Seema Mahesh was awarded the Certificate of Excellence” for the presentation of her research poster at the conference on ‘Movement – Brain – Body – Cognition’ at Harvard Medical School, the USA on the topic ‘Multiple Sclerosis: Correlation between infection and antibiotic treatment’. She has also taught homeopathy and research lectures on global platforms held at USA, Mexico, Greece, Brazil, Turkey, Thailand, Malaysia, Israel, Egypt and India with audience from across the world. She, along with her husband Dr Mahesh M were instrumental in conducting the “Event India Vithoulkas” international conferences at India with participation of 1000 homeopaths. She has appeared on multiple radio and television and newspaper programs for her contribution to homeopathy.
 

DMITRY CHABANOV, MD, PHD, IACH DIHOM

Dr. Chabanov is a general practitioner and the founder and director of the Novosibirsk Center of Homeopathy (Novosibirsk, Russia), president of the Siberian Homeopathic Association, and Coordinator for the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy E-learning Program in Russia. Dr. Chabanov graduated from the Novosibirsk State Medical University in 1987 and attended residency at the Scientific Research Institution of Therapy at the Medical Academy of the USSR. From 1989 to 1991, he worked as a physician in the urgent therapy department of the Novosibirsk Hospital of Emergency Aid №1. In 1991, he studied homeopathy at the Homeopathic League of the USSR in Moscow and began his practice as a physician and homeopath. In 1996 Dr. Chabanov began his studies at IACH and graduated in 2000. In 1997, he established the Novosibirsk Centre of Homeopathy and currently maintains his status as a director. He has been a coordinating the IACH E-learning Program in Russia since 2011 and maintains his position as the President of the Siberian Homeopathic Association since 2016.

ATUL JAGGI, BHMS, IACH DIHOM

Dr. Jaggi is the Director of H3 – Health & Happiness by Homeopathy Centre of Classical Homeopathy in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. He began his homeopathic studies 1991 at one of India’s premier colleges: Nehru Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, New Delhi. In 1996 he joined the first FourYear Course at the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy and graduated in the top three of his class amongst 170 International doctors. He has attended the summer courses at IACH in Greece for the last 22 years, and now assists Prof. George Vithoulkas and also teaches at IACH during the summer courses in Alonissos. Since 2013, he has been moderating the IACH E-learning Course and now acts as Senior Co-ordinator managing the multiple groups in the various cities of India. Currently, Dr. Jaggi lectures at International seminars in India, Greece, Russia, Spain, Egypt, Romania, Malaysia and Ukraine where he has been invited as a speaker. He is grateful for his continued education provided by his close proximity to Prof. Vithoulkas during the summer courses in Alonissos, where he is able to closely learn from Professor Vithoulkas’s knowledge, wisdom, and experience.

NADEZHDA KUBASHEVA, MD, IACH DIHOM

Dr. Kubasheva graduated from the Izhevsk State Medical Institute Academy in 1984, and from 1984 to 1996 she worked as a general practitioner in Izhevsk State Hospital. She has practiced classical homeopathy since 1994, and provided a homeopathic course at the Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Gynecology of NAMS of Ukraine. In 1995 she opened her private practice in Russia. From 1995 to 1996 she attended and graduated from the Russian-Belgian school of Homeopathy. Then in 1996 Dr. Kubasheva began her studies at the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy with Professor George Vithoulkas and received her diploma in 2000. She has attended Prof. George Vithoulkas’ summer courses for nearly 20 years. She has also participated in many international seminars including Franz Vermeulen, Farokh Master, Dr. Pareek, Rajan Sankaran, Eddie Thilens, Dario Spinedi, Harry Vander Zee, Gheorghe Jurj, Will Taylor, Mahesh Gandhi and many more. She is credited as being the primary editor of the Russian edition of “Homoeopathic Links” from 2000 to 2004. Dr. Kubasheva has been a prominent homeopathic lecturer throughout her career and now teaches the Russian branch of IACH. She has been moderating the IACH E-Learning programs in Russia since 2014 and maintains her Homeopathic Clinic in Moscow.

TAMARA KOZYMENKO, MD, PHD, IACH DIHOM

Dr. Kozymenko graduated from the Bogomolets National Medical University in Kyiv in 1981, and then worked as scientific worker in the Institute of Gerontology in Kyiv until 1990. Since 2007, she has led the Homeopathic Studies at PHEE Kyiv Medical University. In 2015 she was awarded the title of associate professor (docent) of the Department of phytotherapy, homeopathy and bioenergoinformational medicine at PHEE Kyiv Medical University. Every year, more than 200 students of medical, dental and pharmacology faculties study the foundations of classical homeopathy in the university. Dr. Kozymenko also holds a CAE certificate (Advanced English) since 2003. Kozymenko studied homeopathy at Kyiv Medical University from 2003 to 2004 during the postgraduate specialization on traditional and complementary medicine, and also from 2008 to 2011 at the Russian branch of the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy (IACH). In 2011 she received her Diploma from IACH. In 2011 and 2013 she coordinated the IACH groups in Kyiv, and she has been a Coordinator of E-learning Course of IACH in Ukraine since 2016. Dr. Kozymenko also worked on the Committee of traditional and complementary medicine for the Ministry of Health in the Ukraine from 2007 to 2012, and as an expert in traditional medicine from Ukraine, Dr. Kozymenko participated in the WHO Congress for Traditional Medicine in 2008 in Beijing.

MALLAPPA MAHESH, BHMS, IACH DIHOM

Dr. Mahesh was influenced early in his career by the work of Right Livelihood Awardee Dr. Sudarshan and joined Dr. Sudarshan to treat the indigenous peoples of Karnataka. Dr. Mahesh worked at the state of the art hospital run in B R Hills by Karuna trust and gained his initial medical experience under the stalwarts of medicine and surgery there. He then went on to participate in an addiction rehabilitation project for the tribal people and established a charitable homeopathic clinic at the foot of the hills. He continues to treat the people in that region monthly. Understanding the need for evidence-based medicine, Dr. Mahesh began documenting arduous cases that were cured with homeopathic treatment. In 2006, he established the Centre for Classical Homeopathy in Bangalore, consolidating his work in one place. An ardent student of Prof George Vithoulkas, a Right Livelihood Awardee and a master homeopath, he has been teaching at the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy in Greece since 2006. He is also a coordinator for the IACH E-Learning program. He has been invited to teach classical homeopathy internationally in Germany, Mexico, Russia, Egypt, Australia, Thailand, and many other countries. Numerous homeopathic doctors, both Indian and foreign have sought classical homeopathic training under him. Dr. Mahesh was responsible for organizing EventIndia – a mega conference attended by more than 1000 homeopaths under one roof for the sake of learning Classical Homeopathy. His practice has provided a great amount of data for peer-reviewed articles in journals of substantial impact. Dr. Mahesh was invited to be a member of the Ministry of AYUSH’s committee for the Cancer Program. Many citizen associations such as the Lions Club have felicitated him for his contribution to health care. The range of cases he has treated and documented is exhaustive – Gangrene, Autism, Cancer, Psychiatric disorders, Vitiligo, Psoriasis, Asthma, Hypothyroidism, Renal failure, Allergies, Eczema, Hormonal imbalances, Dengue, Chikungunya, etc… over 20,000 cases so far.
